Rozman came on the picture as a police officer who revolted against entire police and who begun to insist me how he will be the first one to step on my side, but it turned out to be completed different picture over the course of the time with what one also anticipated would my talk about directed energy weapons at the police station which likely took place tonight. I do have a proof about gassing as I recorded on multiple times during night what appears is a gas squeezed in the room, but I suspect a possibility of something more that went on. Zloglasni Josef Fritzl pogojno izpuščen iz strogo varovanega zapora

Okrajno sodišče v Kremsu je januarja 2024 odločilo, da bo Fritzl pogojno premeščen v običajni zapor, vendar je dunajsko višje deželno sodišče to odločitev nato razveljavilo. Splošno izpustitev so takrat zavrnili zaradi "posebnih preventivnih razlogov". Nakar je o Fritzlovi usodi konec aprila ponovno odločal tričlanski sodni senat, ki pa odločitve ni sprejel takoj, napovedali so, da bo znana v kratkem. Danes pa so sporočili, da lahko 89-letnega zapornika premestijo v običajen zapor, saj ne predstavlja nevarnost, ki bi zahtevala namestitev v strogo varovanem zaporu.

Pogojno premeščen

Po pridobitvi sodno-medicinskega izvedenskega mnenja ter psihiatričnega izvedenskega mnenja, ki je bilo dopolnjeno z aktualnimi medicinskimi ugotovitvami na zaslišanju 30. aprila, sodišče ugotavlja, da zaradi napredujoče demence in telesne šibkosti, ni več pričakovati, da bi lahko obsojenec povzročil kaznivo dejanje s hudimi posledicami. Poleg tega naj bi se pričakovalo napredovanje kronične demence. Hkrati je bila določena preizkusna doba deset let.

S sklepom je tričlanski senat tudi odločil, da pogojni odpust iz rednega zapora, torej izpustitev na prostost, iz specifično-preventivnih razlogov ni možna.

Njegova odvetnica Astrid Wagner je z odločitvijo sodišča zadovoljna, označila jo je kot "velik uspeh". Fritza pa bo, kot poroča Heute, obiskala osebno, in sicer v sredo. Trenutno ga ne more poklicati po telefonu, zato bo novico najverjetneje izvedel prek televizije. Do njegove premestitve bi lahko prišlo že v štirinajstih dneh, vnovična pritožba državnega tožilca pa je malo verjetna. Frizlova odvetnica je napovedala še, da bo kljub vsemu vložila prošnjo za pogojni izpust.

Javnost zanj izvedela leta 2008

Spomnimo, primer Fritzl je evropsko javnost pretresel leta 2008, ko se je izvedelo, da je imel Fritzl v kleti svoje hiše v Amstettnu 24 let zaprto svojo hčerko, pri čemer jo je redno posiljeval, tako da mu je ta povila kar sedem otrok. Istega leta so Fritzla, ki danes trpi za demenco, zaradi storitve kaznivih dejanj posilstva, incesta, zasužnjevanja in povzročitve smrti iz malomarnosti obsodili na dosmrtni zapor, avstrijski psihiatri pa so pred meseci v psihiatričnem poročilu ocenili, da za javnost ne predstavlja več nevarnost.
