Same as to what Russians have done in Ukraine and to Ukraine is what Americans have done to Gaza - deleted entire Palestine. Biden and other American supporters of Gaza genocide must get a court date at ICC even if UN doesn't have mechanism to deliver them to UN.

Its the same that applies to Russia. Till Putin and other Russian war criminals are delivered to ICC, there is no place for Russia to participate in UN.
