Man(involved since 1995) was designated as MK Ultra village politician on behalf of Milan Kučan and Borut Pahor due to low education - so tat one couldn't fall under suspicion for giving me a political lectures from Ljubljana due to 10 grades of school completed. You probably already know what his lectures(not so friendly either) were about all...you guessed it, Russia and Serbia.
