I don't think UN secretary has the right to press for piece Ukraine and Russia without PRIOR CONSENT FOR ONE FROM UKRAINIAN SIDE as was Ukraine that Russian invasion took place against - not Russia.

Antonio Guterres just as Donald Trump or Pope Francis IS A VLADIMIR PUTIN'S PAWN.

I, however, do not understand how Ukrainian leadership continues to refuse to acknowledge here written(I am on your side) - ignores evident and quietly campaigns for what I have previously stated in respect to Ukrainian entry into European Union  - EU membership conditioned by Putin to Ukraine for the cost of 1/4 if not half of Ukraine(Crimea and almost entire coastal line) , so they can all happy with Russia aboard head for NWO(new colonialist era) !!???

I would expect UN secretary to push for sanctions against Russia - demand military intervention against one, but Portuguese neonazi has different plans in it. 

@Zelensky - you need to do your job and not campaign for destruction of Ukrainian nation(I WOULD START TO ASK ON CAMERA - THEREFORE QUESTION PUBLICLY WHO THESE PEOPLE WHO REPRESENT UNITED NATIONS AND VATICAN ARE BECAUSE THERE WILL BE NO SECOND CHANCE - ITS NOT WITH "LITTLE IN WORSE" CASE SCENARIO, BUT WITH NOTHING REALLY TO LOOSE). Think about how Antonio Guterres would act if Portugal was in situation as is Ukraine today - something that started in 2014 just as his UN presidency(ask him what have he done for Ukraine since in a military sense to protect one's national integrity - piece). Would he begun to campaign for neutrality/EU membership or to secure every stolen inch of Ukrainian land to become restored again as part of Ukraine to keep Ukrainian national integrity intact(one inch lost equals to entire Ukraine in case you didn't know - its a 100 years old inch by inch story that will not stop short of last inch) !!????

Antonio Guterres, the UN secretary-general, has separately requested meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy in their countries’ capitals to try to negotiate an end to the nearly two-month war in Ukraine.

UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Wednesday that Guterres had sent letters to the UN missions of Russia and Ukraine, asking Putin to receive him in Moscow and Zelenskyy to welcome him in Kyiv.
