Well - nobody was attacked as is all video recorded and it was Doctor Kotar and mother/father neighbors who engaged just days prior to his birthday into MK Ultra torture against me...it was MK Ultra provocation which psychiatric Ljubljana needed to justify psychiatric violence against me next to other fabricated lies...whole thing was designed by those who hospitalized me.
