MK ULTRA - I identified Slovenian man and his workplace involved in MK Ultra at the local graveyard

Man was at Iskra an engineer already in 1996 from what I can recall and I was asking one why he bothered on line with labor work(did his 6 months), but it was for him to get familiarized with work process ,)
