Former leader of the Islamic community in BiH, Reis-i-ulema, Mustafa Ceric wrote in an open letter several accusations against former President of the Republic of Slovenia Milan Kucan and some allegedly involved in the so-called non-paper on changing borders in the Western Balkans.

The alleged diplomatic document, a so-called non-paper on changing borders in the Western Balkans, the existence of which has been speculated about in recent days, has raised a lot of dust in the past week. It is not clear who wrote it, but according to STA, the media in BiH reported that the document was sent to Brussels by Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša . The latter called the Bosniak member of the BiH presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic, a few days ago and informed him that there was no so-called non-paper that could be linked to the Slovenian government and would include changes to the borders or undermining the territorial integrity of BiH. The President of the Republic Borut Pahor was also mentioned, who also  denied the connection with the document.

The alleged document allegedly included, among other things, ideas for the disintegration of BiH. According to the document, the majority of the Republika Srpska would be annexed to Serbia, and the majority of the Croatian cantons of BiH to Croatia. The document, which also proposes the unification of Kosovo and Albania, continues to provoke much controversy and debate.

Now the former reis-i-ulema Mustafa Cerić has addressed an open letter to Milan Kučan  . "I hope you are well in Slovenia, that you are healthy at the time of the coronavirus. Today in Bosnia we are facing not only the coronavirus but also the non-paper virus. There is still a debate in the world about whether the coronavirus passed from animals or not. As far as the non-paper virus is concerned, it is known that it was made artificially, which is why I am writing this open letter to you, Mr. Kučan.  "Do the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina want this country themselves or not?"This issue is the seed of today’s ‘non-paper’ virus that escaped from your secret tube and mutated into a new strain. The non-paper virus that you artificially created, Borut Pahor tried to transmit to the President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy (then, op. Cit.) And American diplomats ..., but fortunately he did not fall on fertile ground either in Brussels or in Washington ... Mr. Kučan, your anti-Bosnian non-paper virus in Brussels and Washington in Bosnia is almost forgotten ... But Janez Janša, consciously or unconsciously, revealed it to the public. ... Bosnia is not so big that we could call it 'Greater Bosnia', but it is not so small that Serbia and Croatia could swallow it together with the help of Slovenia, " Cerić wrote in a long note, which he added at the end. more:

According to the Reporter, Kučan stated in an interview with Face TV regarding the "non paper" affair that Slovenia is not the one to get involved in the story on its own. "I think that Slovenia is involved, it did not get involved on its own. Janša must be believed," Kučan's statements were quoted as saying by  Reporter .

Tole kar je naredil Milan Kučan pa je poskus enačenja Slovenskega partizanstva z četništvom in je potrebno ostro obsoditi. Je pa on prav tako nasprotoval samostojnosti Slovenije leta 1991  tako da me vse skupaj ne čudi !!!
