My responsibilities:
- Supporting our European stores as a Help Desk Agent in the international IT department of the ALDI SÜD Group
- First level support in computer technology (HW, SW, networks, POS systems)
- Processing requests by phone, issuing passports, and documenting support activity
- Analysis, solution, or transfer of software and hardware errors in the IT system of branch offices
- Keeping in contact with the solution groups of the second and third level
- Providing support to remote installations, backups, and technical tasks
- Testing new hardware and software
The knowledge I own:
- excellent Slovenian AND English language skills
- at least secondary education completed
- quick-learner and openess to new IT solutions
- customer-driven personality and excellent communication skills
- responsible work attitude
- team spirit
- relevant experience is not required
