I hope Russia and Serbia commence IMMEDIATE INTERROGATION OF VLADIMIR PUTIN AND ALEKSANDAR VUCIC as per crime immunity laws which two granted to one another

 My first question is who are the two of you to grant yourselves such laws !!???? 

President nor even dictators ever ranted themselves such privileges and both countries are not yet(at least to my knowledge not) declared yet as slaveries !!!

Don't know that Serbs or Russians submitted their laws/constitution on knees of anyone for the sake of slavery...

PEOPLE NEED ANSWERS.
