While under the terrace at home, I heard and recorded mother claiming how father is now due to transfer to home for elderly from hospital in far more difficult situation(impossible) and once upstairs she changed tune into how its great for him to be near

 And how they will provide recreational activities for one etc...

They were not capable to maintain one inside of the hospital(his health worsened due to what appears was negligence), so how will his health improve at home for elderly - is hooked up to machines and is refusing to consume food drink liquid...
