This is all work of police which was using mentioned system to even point me out hospitals when searching for particular stores in vicinity(not on this video). Was told will be filmed by police when mentioned would take place. Seen here took place on my way to industrial area - during job search on foot.
When in Hungary, google maps instructed to drive straight through Budapest's buildings to get to designations.
