Payment to Vladimir Putin's PERSONAL private account was made via Swiss banking system in what I believe were two payments

 First 1/4 of million Euros and another 1/4 or 1/2 billion Euros. Putin had a private banking account in either Switzerland or Germany - perhaps both. He did shared some of the money with his colleges in Moscow.
