My main concern is where/whom to report a human rights ombudsman for most severe crimes against humanity violations

 To whom do you report criminal activity of human rights ombudsman since police alone is involved in

FUTURE HUMAN RIGHTS OMBUDSMAN PETER SVETINA REGULARLY STOPPED ON HIW WAY TO SLOVENIA WHENEVER ONE GOT BREAK - AT THE FUTURE HUMAN RIGHTS OMBUDSMAN'S  POST IN LJUBLJANA WHERE I WOULD BE BROUGHT AFTER WEEK OR TWO SEVERE TORTURE AND WOULD CONDUCT IN PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE/TERROR AS ONE OF THE LAST SUBJECTS INSIDE OF THE BUILDING ITSELF....
