Word is about what pointed out a metal ball tied to metal wire instead of sinker....I was told it had same effect as a sting ray and was not used to continuously beam electricity - interesting enough I have also observed swimmers/divers in area where they casted ball meaning that those were used to push fish into certain area to where ball was located on the bottom on what individual probably cause same effect to as is produced by sting ray does or electric ill except that fish didn't have to touch ball....
