Due to coming genocide on Ukraine(news goes back to 2010 if not even further) which commenced again in 2022, people in Russian Belgorod area begun to contemplate even on possible separation from Russian federation while other begun to fear Ukrainian retaliation against EX Russian military bastion(Putin removed all military installations from Belgorod area beginning 2000 and only some airbase remained if I remember) located right next to Ukrainian border.
