Father appeared as totally mind absent(reduced to nothing through sedatives) while his neighbour doesn't get any physical therapy/exercise as prescribed - roommate of father is choking on bed with severe cough for over week already(his by electricity supported bed NO LONGER functions)

 Father was not interested in other than sleep...
