Its not too late - Russian military already established once(after USSR) a law and order on streets of Moscow...10 years(as long as necessary) of free oil/gas for Ukraine and financial investments, and Ukraine will be as good as new...new jobs at foremost universities/technology and you get paid from Ukraine alone 1000 times in return via knowledge and friendship for stopping something that should never ever take place...
