Russian presidency is no joke as it means if translated a president for all Slavs - treat each with same amount respect and dignity as to what Russians should be due, but this never was not on Putin's agenda...it was about money/prestige - about what I can rather than what I could do to help others for them to see themselves in my in Russia....
You should try some of that Zelensky stuff - there is not much to life inside of Western Iron curtain these days unless you like to feed on rat poisoning....
