Technician who today stated me that my 91 years old father is biting, punching etc. just repeated words of psychiatrist Peter Kapš who INDIRECTLY(whispered from the side) insisted under MK Ultra how he couldn't agree with such view when faced with due to father's physique and his age

 This technician whom I have identified today(not confirmed), if from Celje and was employed in city of Maribor where I was also brought drugged up for MK Ultra molestation. This technician who, I understand, was the only one I got somehow along with whenever brought to Maribor was involved in case before he became medical technician - was still a student...he always in contrast to his coworkers from Maribor hospital was clean shaved well groomed and polite unlike today, but it was deliberately he acted this way because upon his arrival to city of Novo mesto in 2013, he told me politicians will try to set me up with bad conduct against father - he alone told me to reject his future claims, but all this is done due to Slovenian state which anticipated would open discussions with me where there is no place for them.

They have sent game warden after me to issue me ticket for fishing just for being 50 meters from water with fishing poles inside of the car - year 2011 OR 2012....Novo mesto fishing association whose president was ex police officer Vučkovič guaranteeing me to die from cancer as I wouldn't have money for fishing license when time comes - used fishing members to transfer me to Bosnia and Serbia for beatings and engage in death threats against me for no less than 26 years.
