Neighbor Peterlin Jernej was summoned due to DRUGS he transported from Italy by Italian police on at least three occasions into their area during transporting me drugged up to Italy

 He was interrogated and I was asked if I know one. For stating them how one is my neighbor and friend, they released one.

Jernej Peterlin, however, was not the only individual who did as I stated. It was other guys from village

who did exactly the same what finally due to number of arrests, police officer Metod Jerman forbade.Issued order to his gang to no longer do as drug operation from Italy with several individual allowed to loose endangered whole MK Ultra operation. He did with a lots of noise, but drug traffic didn't stop with police involving to cover-up its trail a local Roma community. It was more than residents from Krka village that played with drugs import - whole thing started with police which investigators have through Italian police channels presented issue into MK Ultra. Several police officers played on the side beginning 1992 with nothing but drug import. The number one was the ultra violent police officer from Ljubljana who probably was half Slovenian and half Serb. About 1.75 meter tall and who was my regular transported to Italy since 1988. Nobody was more obsessed with use of  psychiatric hospital against me than Krka village people and with good reasons(not reason).

Peterlin was and is the worst enemy I had in life. He was planted by Slovenian state in my life through private kindergarten on  and since worked his way alongside as one of my best friends till 8th grade on what things changed drastically. He became a motivated killer who at one point expressed with his parents and relatives(also neighbors) appetites for taking our house by destroying me with psychiatric assistance. Judež Boštjan was yet another traveler to Italy - police rule enforced prior to MK Ultra departure to Italy from where drugs were imported demanded to treat me exceptionally nice - as to all other times I was less than animal.

THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH ITALIAN POLICE OR STATE. IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE WHO DID STUFF AND YES, I WOULD AGREE TO LET CRIMINAL GO AND ITALIAN POLICE DID WHATEVER THEY FELT WAS BEST FOR ME UNDER GIVEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THESE WERE NEIGHBORS AND PEOPLE FROM VILLAGE AFTER-ALL AND CONNECTED TO LJUBLJANA.

POLICE OFFICER METOD JERMAN WAS A FREQUENT PRIVATE MILAN KUČAN'S LJUBLJANA'S DISPATCHER USED FOR ITALY WHO REMAINED TOP OF THE LOCAL CRIME AND WOULD AWARD LOCALS WITH TRIPS TO ITALY IF ONE DEEMED WERE USEFUL ENOUGH....KRKA LOCALS WERE EAGER TO PARTICIPATE IN DRUG TRAFFICKING FROM ITALY. - DRUGS BECAME A SECOND TO JOB INCOME AND IN SOME CASES WAS TOLD(SOME LOCALS POLICE HAD TO STOP BECAUSE DRUGS BECAME THEIR MAIN INCOME) EVEN MORE....
