Local watchman whom i have met in-front of Novo mesto's postal office on Friday when on my way to visit father

Told me under MK Ultra that police was stealing from him items as well till one became a part of the local crime syndicate connected to Ljubljana So I know that I am not the only Slovenian from whom Slovenian government engaged in a theft since childhood.
