Psychiatrist Kapš walked steps of half Serbian psychiatrist from Ljubljana - Zoran Mudža who was the first one to have departed to Belgrade via this very case(connections) to meet at this prestigious school
for officers even Josip Broz Tito. In Zoran Mudža's case, I was probably of age 2 or 3 years old
(1973 or 1974). In case of Kapš, I probably was age 9 years old
(in 1980 or even 1979).....
How do I know all this....well, in 1983, future Balkan mass murderer war criminal Karadžić started working at a hospital in the Belgrade suburb of Voždovac and one eventually became even a mentor of young Slovenian psychiatrist wanna be enthusiastic Peter Kapš - WHENEVER KAPŠ FOUND HIS WORK LOCATION AS HELPFUL.
As a special UDBA DARLING, psychiatrist Peter Kapš got to work(choose from) in every/any hospital in area of Belgrade during his Yugo military service. Kapš tortured indifferently from his Serbian colleagues whenever hijacked to Serbia. He enjoyed torture and Karađič was proud about his mentorship one provided for his Slovenian colleague in one of the hospitals in area of Belgrade - mentorship for which Karađić claimed me even took job in area of Belgrade with idea to destroy me. Very few people were as dedicated to ideals of great Serbia as much as was Slovenian psychiatrist Kapš who, however, lost war against me through war for Slovenian independence BUT REALIZING MISSED OPPORTUNITY PROCEEDED TO WRITE A DECADE LATTER FOR HIMSELF A BOOK IN WHICH ONE POSED UNDER MY PRO SLOVENIAN CHARACTER
(depicting himself upon careful studies of my character - BOOK NOT PUBLISHED YET, but UDBA dreamed about prospect of using my case to promote its views/experience through my eyes using a psychiatrist who, however, would steer one in own direction) IN BEHALF OF MILAN KUČAN WHO REPLACED HIS DEAR TITO. KAPŠ WAS ON HIS KNEES WHEN HIS COMRADE(TOVARIŠ) JOSIP BROZ TITO ROT AWAY IN 1980 AND INITIALLY DIDN'T WANT TO FOLLOW STEPS OF ZORAN MUDŽA, BUT DECIDED ITS IN HIS BEST INTERESTS ANYWAYS. ONCE ZORAN MUDŽA COMPLETED HIS MILITARY SERVICE IN BELGRADE, ONE CONTINUED TO RETURN AND AT TIMES STAY WITH HIS SERBIAN HOMEBOYS JNA OFFICERS JUST TO AS MUDŽA CLAIMED ME, TO MAKE SURE FOR THOSE WHO FOLLOWED HIS STEPS TO FULFILL THEIR PART OF

FOUND HIMSELF ON OCCASIONS RIGHT BACK IN BELGRADE AND WAS EXPENDING HIS FRIENDSHIP WITH BELGRADE VIA SLOVENIAN PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL LJUBLJANA POLJE WHICH WAS DEEPLY IN RELATIONS WITH BELGRADE.
