medical file was falsified in already in back in 1975/1976, but was a lie which Kapš had through Janko associate with garage removal. As soon as gypsum(gips in Slo - plaster cast in English) was removed from my head and was substituted with bondage, I found myself in Belgrade. One was removed on Tuesday or even Monday while Belgrade torture proceeded the following Saturday. Bondage was used to fool people on what went on, to intimidate with food, and smelly stinking issues. Not help.

Murderous neighbor DOCTOR Igor Kotar, however, further contemplated on using mentioned incident with idea to instead present one as NON EXITING physical injuries of 2007 when I mentioned hit in the head during Slovenian police's assassination attempt at Pekel near Trebnje via replaced with totally worn out new car tires and what police used after loosing case against me for swollen car parts ordered from Germany, to trigger psychiatry. I Probably was even 3.5 years of age with what I observed two other neighboring kids also suffering heavy head injuries.

WHILE ALMOST NEVER MEETING HER IN PERSON, MY SISTER FREQUENTLY APPEARED IN MK ULTRA SAME AS TO WHAT NEIGHBORS USED TO HIDE THEIR MK ULTRA IDENTITIES.
