I never was interested in becoming special. All the adults at the time acted insane. Since age 6 years upon entry to grammar school, I interacted during MK Ultra frequently with children from other parts of Slovenia as well as with local police officers and UDBA members who accompanied during visitations to Novo mesto children from Ljubljana, Maribor and Celje. As a result of school and MK Ultra violence, I experienced at age 11 a real depression issues which I somehow managed to overcome.
Life became meaningless to me, but I was left with what mother stated me first as 4 then only three more years before completion of grammar school. I counted each year and as each yer went bye, it was impossible happiness that overwhelmed me. I Moscow where brought, situation was even worse as Russian adults replaced school bullies. They kicked, hit without my ability to defend myself. For me, three years was eternity and it felt would never manage to overcome degree of violence...not even school violence, but violence. It was a great thing I didn't understand what depression was and have somehow moved on unlike some other kids for whom it was enough to observe and consequently fail just for observing here stated. It was time when brought to Moscow when Lavrov(always was in-charged for international students and children circle) dared me as per whether I would still return...I alone wondered, but I did and so it went year after year with my physically growing despite everything and outgrowing many adults despite injections which they demanded to be given due to fear which my own parents begun to stress to educators as per it is going to be to control me once I grow up since I resisted so much as child. Genocide procedure which Slovenia commenced in 1975 within Yugoslav federation and which led through international circles into deadlier than deadly 48 years long ordeal, have consequently deprived me of the rights to exercise equality in areas of education, employment(career), right to family, and EVEN stay in newly independent since 1991 Slovenian state for which I struggled since age 4. Unfortunately for me and at my greatest disappointment due to my unconditional support for Slovenian independence leaders, heads of independence such as Igor Bavčar(Novo mesto police officer involved since my age 6 or 7), Lojze Peterle and Janez Janša(also involved since my age 6 and/or 7 and who participated in MK Ultra procedure with children from Ljubljana) had no intentions to stop genocide against me upon Slovenian independence despite my sacrificing for Slovenia and eastern Europe sake throughout ongoing torture in Moscow since my age 5 – securing Slovenia infront of Russians and Western diplomats in Moscow through thorough mental torture evaluation procedure even a Western delivery of weapons such as SAR80 and Armbrust and what as a result had deeply skeptic(hesitant – REPEATEDLY slow to react/lethargic in the face of Serbian aggression in daily lives of Slovenian people not to mention impossible to deal with for people situation on Kosovo) Slovenian territorial defense finally take stand against so called Yugoslavia in favor of Slovenian independence – gave green light to Peterle Janša, and others to press further. My main Slovenian opponent since childhood who rated me FOR THE SECOND TIME(Kučan's first time ratuing me as mentally ill was at my age 6) as mentally ill at age 8 DURING VISIT TO OSNOVNA ŠOLA GRM/GRAMAR SCHOOL INFRONT OF BAVČAR AND PETERLE WHO ALSO ATTENDED VISIT WITH KUČAN AND OTHERS ON OCCASION, Milan Kučan(man who protested throughout entire process to Slovenian independence – man who issued demand to destroy me to teachers infront of me when age 8) had in a heated discussion just before declaration of Slovenian independence to which I participated in Slovenia with his opposition, after repeatedly playing down importance of one – the duty and right as for independence which I demanded from Lojze Peterle and Igor Bavčar to instead realize for over two years prior to independence was instead given in a sign of humiliation to Milan Kučan by all pro Slovenian independence politicians. As for Peterle and Bavčar from whom I demanded declarartoon of Slovenian independence performed and as agreed with all involved case will be, the two deliberately gave one up citing me latter even that it was a mistake to give one to Milan Kučan....during this last pre Slovenian independence declaration, Milan Kučan was specially feisty/gutsy and was desperately searching for any sign of mental illness which one could further exploit against me obviously in a complete agreement with Slovenian pro independence politicians.
Milan Kučan's “NO” to Slovenia independence with everyone involved after it was already decided that independence would took place ALSO CARRIED DESPERATE IDEA TO GET ME ON HIS SIDE AT WHATEVER COSTS FOR HYSTORICALLY REFUSING to have anything to do with one – the very next day upon Slovenian declaration in Ljubljana, war broke out on Slovenia anyways but first shots in Slovenia rang out on Yugoslav army which was about to head in the city from Poganci military installation right here in Novo mesto city. People understood situation better than leaders did.
NOTE: Milan Kučan had controlled opposition on a day of independence and this Slovenian opposition which became a new majority in Slovenia with 93% support, didn't prove to be legitimate Slovenian movement on a long run in absolutely any way – not only in my eyes, but in eyes of those who observed my case and have based on my witnessing cast their votes to one. While this fact was alarming in my eyes about one week prior to Slovenian independence declaration which took a twisted 6 month hold before independence proclamation after plebiscite on December 23 of 1990(why the hell would anyone wait 6 months to proclaim its independence upon independence plebiscite from aggressor if not to deliberately break one by giving aggressor the possibility for attack – its exactly what was done and what further expanded into greater than what otherwise case would be, aggression on Croatia and Bosnia).

In 1990(one year prior to Slovenian independence) when several Soviet republics broke from USSR, I paid ultimate price with repeatedly being injected with cancer in a left arm area on behalf of Russians and Serbs also in Slovenia – procedure which Russians commenced in Moscow upon my grammar school graduation at age 14, 15 as a form of punishment for “BAD BEHAVIOR” at dismay of my schoolmates continued till graduation for program Strojni tehnik(mechanical engineering technician) and even throughout Slovenian military service in newly founded Slovenian state on what one exploded with guarantee with no chance for recovery issued to me in 1993 by my boxing trainer who observed whole ordeal. As for poisoning of the body, all sorts of issues were used. From poisonous gasses such as bleach alike vapors with which they painted walls to apparently stop mold to all sorts of foods which were observed in my environment I seldom would consume in real life. While I did consumed a lots of sweets to beat depression, for one package of skittles and which type of candies I almost never ever consumed in my life, I would get 100 packages during MK Ultra(I never ever consumed candies, but did cookies and chocolate here and then)....for 5 fish cans a month, I was fed for years under MK Ultra often times with nothing other but fish cans...at times, old frying oil cocktails were given to drink with likely more unhealthy ingredients in there as for each, I was warned about damage just done to me during MK Ultra to acknowledge one – under MK Ultra, feelings such as pain, sickening etc. are ignored by body sensors at large and it takes one to pay close attention within having the right to sense somewhat about what goes on(most of the time during MK Ultra, I functioned under or rather responded to total trauma and was drugged up in chaotic state of mind which government continued to push down my throat also in real life through what became in 2013 a psychiatric police persecution using even defense lawyers and courts which violated law/constitution to traumatize)...poisoning was supported with body weight issues. Upon my immigration to United States of America in 1995, Slovenia have with Russia and Serbia powered its MK Ultra crime against me directly with its new Western partners through use of psychiatry and police violence on both continents. What started earlier in life and was enforced on daily bases SINCE kindergarten and all the way through high school by groups of children – at home, through parental use of violence(chaos – myhem/trauma based on violence) turned into open psychiatric violence supported by forced unemployment and police setups and even police brutality behind closed doors.
Slovenia exercised assassination attempts during which my brand new car tires purchased in Slovenia as described above, were replaced with old used worn out tires – next to numerous items destroyed, I had no right to purchase new items from abroad for lesser costs. Destruction of those eventually was used to force me carry with me 24/7 most important items in my backpack including and specially laptop what resulted in more health problems due to spine injury, loss of additional money without social assistance of any kind, and to sicken with brainwash which regularly took place by demonstrating me broken/worn out items during MK Ultra torture. Those were used to gesture what I will get in return for paying as new. Police investigators went on to also demonstrate techniques with which they would destroy items involving local and even in Ljubljana repair shops/stores etc.
Slovenian state employment agency engaged in direct torture at their Novo mesto locations with what they expected would led into direct confrontation between myself and its employees for which they anticipated police intervention would disburse one for all crimes committed under MK Ultra procedure. Upon submission of request for assistance due to stolen paid in for car parts in 2007 to local Novo mesto police department, police which deliberately have delayed investigation procedure and for which investigators even claimed me I have nothing to fear for due to seller which was reliable, demanded from me after deliberate delay of investigation to give them more and more time. As I filed complain against police investigators through their police department of which senate adjourned infront of me decided to support my claims by proclaiming police officers as neglecting their duties and abusing powers. Rather than to correct wrongdoings, police instead followed up against me by dispatching at home a psychiatrists involved in MK Ultra crime since my childhood and who begun to death threatened me based on MK Ultra torture scenarios what as a result made me run from Slovenia where forcefully unemployed for bare life(using life savings) once again at age 37.
Once thrown into psychiatric hospital in 2013, my complains which ranged from all Slovenian to European and even American government instances(from human rights ombudsmans to Court for Human Rights located in Strassburg where intial complain was already sent in upon my retuen from USA/Western Europe in 2011, complains furnished to various human rigts organisations

Encouraged and promoted by Americans and British alone, international violence on me served as ultimate tool for remotely radio controlled eavesdropping(temporary upper nose area implants were used) while also engaging Russian side through one into lucrative oil/gas/ minerals weaponry trade – new partnership.
