second, property will be sold for 80 million pounds for which their beloved media wouldn't tell anything about it as per where money will go to through magic "charity organisation"(one more royal scam). I will sue greater than Great Britain for 100% of the income/trade begging 1989(two years prior to fall of the USSR which I alone secured) and thats because I consider news as seen here rather as an insult https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1816583/prince-harry-johnny-mercer-invictus-games-chelsea-fc A BRITISH SCAM/ATTEMPT(ONE MORE OF TOO MANY) TO UNDERMINE OWED AND WHAT WAS USED TO ALSO DESTROY MY HEALTH AFTER FALL OF USSR FOR WHICH BRITISH ROYALS DEMANDED WITH OTHER CORRUPT ELITES FOR ME TO MUST REVEAL TO WORLD ALL BY MYSELF WHILE EVEN THROWING ME INTO PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL IN 2013. Prince William and Harry both played me down - two obviously are in the wrong line of work.
How dare they? War heroes fear eviction as Chelsea plan £80m deal
War veterans and their loved ones face being made homeless as the charity set up to represent them prepares to agree an £80million deal to sell to Chelsea Football Club the land their flats are built on.
Residents first learned about the proposed deal in the media before Stoll, the organisation which provides supported housing to vulnerable veterans, set up a nine-week “consultation process” for people to voice their concerns.
But many tenants believe the dialogue is nothing more than “lip service” and that the board has already made up its mind to sell.
The Daily Express has spoken to more than 20 residents of Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions in south-west London, all of whom are anxious about the prospect of losing their homes.
Joan Godliman, 93, who has lived there since 2009, believes the stress she is enduring has accelerated her illnesses, including bowel cancer.
Chelsea FC wants to buy the plot next door to develop its 40,000-seater Stamford Bridge stadium.
But Joan said: “It’s disgusting. I thought when we moved down here that we were going to be here permanently. It’s made me ill.”
Her unofficial carer and fellow resident Anne Widdowfield is concerned the anxiety of being forced from her home and removed from her support network may “finish her off”.
Anne, 76, said: “She’s had an amputation in her leg, problems with her ears, eyes, suspected bowel cancer and that was all stress-related so they are saying.”
Joan got a place at the veterans’ development on the strength that her husband Ted, who was in the Royal Navy during the Second World War and fought the Axis powers in the Mediterranean.
Asked if she believed Stoll cared primarily about her wellbeing, Joan replied: “Course they don’t, all they are worried about is money.”
Chelsea FC have made attempts in the past to purchase the land from Stoll. In 2018, former club owner Roman Abramovich tried to secure a deal with the charity for 60% of the site. As part of that arrangement, he promised he would finance the construction of a new block of flats next to the revamped stadium to house the vast majority of the residents. But the negotiations collapsed.
The anguish and uncertainty of that ordeal caused Joan’s weight to plummet. She claimed: “I lost two-and-a-half stone by worrying about it and then it all fell through.”
Under the terms of the new arrangement struck with Stoll and Chelsea’s current owner, US billionaire Todd Boehly, no such accommodation block will be constructed to rehouse residents on the land.
Stoll argues it has no choice but to sell the 157 flats because the complex requires essential refurbishments to ensure the homes meet the Government’s housing standards. It claims it does not have the £10million needed to complete the work.
