This goes far beyond "involved" no !!????
Year - 2003/2004 - I shouldn't be anywhere near Europe between 1995 and August of 2006(didn't exit US for 11.5 years)....on our parcel toward river. As far as MK Ultra or how far all went - I sure got to know him and his family under MK Ultra....say something like this without actual proofs in hands about MK Ultra and(🚓🚑).....this was the only shelter mother was impressed with(perhaps one more or so as they had contest, but this guy won one).
