TO IDENTIFIY A PSYCHIATRST IN A SERBIAN CHETNIK STATE YUGOSLAVIA AS SOMEONE INVOLVED IN MK ULTRA, IT MEANT TO SELF DEATH SENTENCE YOURSELF. IT WAS BETTER TO COMMIT SUICIDE THAN TO IDENTIFY PSYCHIATRIST INVOLVED IN A MURDEROUS RITUAL PRACTICE KNOWN AS MK ULTRA - ONCE THEY GOT PEOPLE INTO PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALS IN YUGOSLAVIA ON POLITICAL GROUNDS, THERE WAS NO END OF WORST SUFFERING FOR THEM. THESE PSYHIATRISTS WERE SPECIALISED TO MAKE SUFFERING AS SEVERE AS POSSIBLE AND AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TESTING ON SUBJECTS WHATEVER RESEARCHES CAME UP WITH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.
