At exactly 2210 hours tonight(Slovenia time), microwaving or whatever this is started again

When this thing turns on, one can feel one(brain can detect whatever this is) and at 2013 sound in ears begun to return gradually...it is now at 2400 hours at 1/2 of what went on for weeks...
