Owner of center doesn't understand urgence of me being transferred away from roommates who are chasing you in room with knife

She stated me repeatedly(wasn't the first time I requested transfer) that she just wants us to get along. I thank her for wishes, but would still prefer for Russian psychopathic environment to ned as well. Here is request placed on bureau's table this morning and one was also sent to them via email. I didn't come to Poland to boost Russian terrorism via human rights issues at my own expense. Warsaw is mistaken about it.
