Simply a decent size piece of land where Habsburgs would ran their property within Croatian state. I even liked the idea of property based in Croatia within Hungarian vicinity although not much due to Serbian proximity. I had nooo clue they would go on to pressure Croatian state on independent country for the sake of financial crime where in the mids of it, I would become resident.
