Either not a first bear, or simply REHEARSED OVER AND OVER release of captured animal. My case was referred to as justice perversion - something that I have seen started to come in USA. Had me watch bear whenever one was released, but they also had other bears as zoo play started way earlier - once girl graduated from university I suspect - government made contract with animal rescue which she was a possible founder of(she was either a founder or it was that Vietnamese government pledged funds for agency after via involvement in MK Ultra she expressed wish to work with them what most likely was the case) before animal rescue agency even existed. Government basically connected animal rescue agency with zoo.
