According to a post on X on Monday, Jan. 12, the Tesla CEO, 54, said he's going to attempt to get full custody of the son he shares with the influencer and author, 27.
"I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy," Musk wrote in a post on X, replying to another user who implied the billionaire mogul should file for full custody after St. Clair changed her views to support the transgender community.
Reps for Musk and St. Clair did not immediately reply to PEOPLE's request for comment.
