Malnutritioning was one of the main issues involved in MK Ultra as I already explained. I prescribed myself today an occasional or as needed(will evaluate - likely every second day as I am not fan of vitamin supplements) magnesium, calcium with vitamin D, vitamin C(mixed with milk to decrease acid effect on intestines) as needed, two big spoons of chia(omega 3 wise - its cheaper than walnuts), two big spoons of oatmeal(digestion and cholesterol wise), AND EGG WHITES WHICH I PREFERABLY WILL EAT(before sleep) COOKED to prevent potential salmonella poisoning.
Green salad and or sauerkraut alike with proteins in form of chicken meat or fish to fight lymphoma and colon/intestines issues - I AVOID BEANS in high takeouts(only small sizes) or any heavy on stomach food and this despite proteins.
As for recent food choices, I made - I can say diarrhea is almost completely gone...serious lack of sleep remains the biggest problem, but I feel fortunate to have completed the entire MK Ultra project as for explaining about what went on how and by whom was done.
