Not only as the case was with uniformed neighbour Zdenko Jerman who would deliver illegal documentation to physician Igor Kotar at nights en route from Ljubljana to Krško/Brežice, but whole pack of other police officers begun same criminal procedure by delivering one illegal documentation related to court trials per Milan Kučan/Golob/ Pahor etc.
Uniformed criminals who stopped at his place at nights also had a sense for humour during MK Ultra by even gesturing me on how they found me snicking around his house the other day that it was on camera and on other occasion delivering to police station after arresting whomever for challenging them in the middle of the night. And so on...
On many occasions, however, Jerman personally delivered me either from Ljubljana including prisons facility where tortured during MK Ultra or from Krško Brežice area where one ran torture ring.
Till today, I never ever was incarcerated in my lifetime.
I was washing a clothing, so it wasn't difficult to know I will exit on the terrace to see van backing up before entering the narrow street. Cousin Metod Jerman(and other investigators - all pitch dark night) did the same for Kučan/Kotar by trading information beforehand - would receive all the necessary evidence from police/prosecutors about what is expected from one to report.
