PETERLE, BAVČAR, JANŠA REFUSED TO BE SEEN ON THE MAIN FRAME DURING THESE ELECTIONS: Slovenia elected itself in 2022 a real UDBA people(political parties)

During Slovenian elections of 2022, victory(majority seats) belong to so called ex Yugoslav communist party(now known as social democrats, SVOBODA, the so called left and so on)...some of these candidates which have even purchased and sold real estate in occupied Serbian parts of Bosnia or in Serbia alone as was and possibly still is case with lets say Tanja Fajon who claims have nothing but electric car and house payments in Slovenia...NOT BAD FOR COMMUNISTS WHO NEVER TRIED WORK AND WHO CAMPAIGN FOR DESTRUCTION(this post isn't about my being against communism, but what these chetniks trully represent) OF SO CALLED SLOVENIA.
All involved in my case and each had own financial expectations for one just as Belgrade and Moscow....they were not shy to express them through physical threats under MK Ultra.
INTERESTING ENOUGH THE MAIN UDBA MAN JANEZ JANŠA(SDS WHICH I DIDN'T MARK WITH HAMMER AND SIEGEL ABOVE) ALREADY ALREADY HAS HIS OWN HUMAN RIGHTS GAME IN PLACE - GAME THIS TIME DATES TO 2016 WHEN HE INSULTED THE SO CALLED SLOVENIAN "JOURNALISTS" - TWO FEMALES WHICH OPENLY BELONGED TO YUGOSLAV EX HAMMER AND SIEGEL OPTION https://www.delo.si/novice/crna-kronika/janez-jansa-pravnomocno-obsojen-zaradi-zaljivega-tvita/ <<== RELATED TO https://ausertimes.blogspot.com/2022/05/the-best-friend-of-lojze-peterle-janez.html WHERE I POINTED OUT INDIVIDUAL AS BY FAR THE STRONGEST YUGO UDBA ASSET IN THE HISTORY OF SLOVENIA. JANEZ JANŠA = UDBA ASSET #1(UDBA CHAMPION) ALL TIMES.

The case has been dragging on since March 2016, when Prime Minister Janez Janša published a tweet in which he described RTV Slovenia journalists Eugenija Carl and Mojca Šetinc Pašek , who is now an MP, as retired prostitutes. They filed a private lawsuit against Janša, and in February this year the Prime Minister was found guilty in a retrial. As expected, he appealed the verdict, the case came to the High Court last week, May 18th. The next day, the case was assigned to Judge Andrej Pavlina , who called a public appeal hearing on the same day. Tomorrow the matter would become obsolete.

The retrial hearings at the trial court have been adjourned several times, so it has been rumored for some time that the case could become statute-barred before it even comes to an end. Even at the appeal session, it initially seemed that the journalists would not wait for the substantive decision. Defendant Janša was unsuccessfully served with an invitation to a hearing for several days.

The detective also called at his home, where Janša's wife explained to him that Janez Janša would not be there for a few days, and that she would not pick up mail for him and that he should leave the invitation in a drawer. Since they did not have a return receipt for the defendant, the panel decided that they could not hold the session. At that time, Janša's lawyer Franci Matoz explained that he had informed Janez Janša about the appeal session and that it could be held without his presence.

The session was held and a verdict was handed down today. As Judge Pavlina explained, the panel followed the judgment of the first instance court. Among other things, the court did not agree with the defense's explanation that the journalists themselves had revealed to the public who was "hiding" behind the offensive tweet. They agreed that it was a rude, even sexist statement that could offend, and that it was an attack on a journalist ad personam and that the trial court had properly weighed human rights.

Pavlina added that this was not about whether Janša might have thought differently from what he wrote: "This is how the average reader or user understood it." Janša had around 39,500 followers on Twitter at the time. Pavlina added that the goal of the tweet was to insult and slander. The statute of limitations was stopped by the pronouncement of the judgment, the judgment is final.
Matoz: We will succeed in the Supreme Court

After the verdict was handed down, Franci Matoz said that he did not agree with the reasons for rejecting the appeal: "We will file a request for protection of legality against the final verdict and we will succeed." time, the false news that my client Mr. Janez Janša is not picking up mail is unnecessarily spreading, delaying the procedure. This is not true. For the first time, the verdict was overturned due to a clear violation in setting up a jury, which extended the case by two years and we did not agree that it was time-barred. If they wanted to, they would, but that was never the intention. We wanted a substantive decision and we will take the case to the Supreme Court, where there have already been cases in the civil dispute, and I am sure we will succeed. " we will challenge it in the Supreme Court. There was no insult. "

Joy on the journalistic side

The lawyer of the journalists , Katja Zdolšek , is also satisfied that the court has ruled on the content, "that we live or still live in a country where women are not allowed to insult former prostitutes". She admitted that she expected the case to become obsolete: “The biggest thriller was the search for the accused. However, I think it is such a vulgar and sexist insult that whether it is an insult or not should not be a question. "

Mojca Šetinc Pašek, on her own behalf and on behalf of Eugenija Carl, thanked the High Court for resolving the case so quickly: However, we expected that obsolescence might occur. I am very happy that the court ruled in substance that it was a disgusting, ugly, insulting tweet, an insulting record about me and Eugenia. I think this is a precedent for Slovenian journalism, women who are insulted by politicians, and it is a lesson to people that in an insulting way and discourse in our society we must no longer agree, and I hope it will remain so.
