Mother who was at the father yesterday, but doesn't allow me to use either his sim card or her phone to contact physicians which I attempted after visit told me father no longer wants to see me from here on

 I have finished all my minutes of prepaid phone plan. Father also was extremely dismissive yesterday during my visit to one. 

Father refused to accept me as carer when at home and was troubled to give even 3 euros for haircut as administrated to act by police and psychiatrist, so phone situation as well as his conduct brought one into situation as in right now. I will stop here for now...
