At three am, complain conversation about not being allowed to smoke cigarettes in room beguns

I got used to loud daily conversations between two roomates at 0300/0330 am for the price of sleep - not allowed either.

And so roomate whom I told to respect hostel rules about smoking was adviced right now to instead complain to hostel manager and not other roomate at 0330 am.


Thats not all. Beside missing soap bars/toothpaste and other problems, gentleman disallows any computer work - he wants peace in room so he can browse his smartphone...okay too, but smoking not. Yeah nice to see you again - there are people like this too.
