Wish suggested bellow would be possible somehow, but with 18 Euros per month budget and train ticket cost of almost 4 Euros per trip whole thing is only unrealistic suggestion.
Its a bit hard to realize any of it. I would have to repeat some 50 visitations to nearest police station(10.5 kilometers away - over 6 miles one way|) to fulfill what indicated already during first incident Zgierz's police partiality in my case for the sake of the Russia.
