SINKING of Novocherkassk ship in Crimea was not only involved in MK Ultra - Vladimir Putin who handed files of future sunken ships to Americans based on mutual agreement also insisted me when asking one about

future ship losses thats nothing and that even sinking of this ship which made Ukrainian side so excited
will only result in my loosing proof of ship which was abundant with proofs about my MK Ultra case in USSR(apparently, this ship was ONE OF the first modernized with Western technology Soviet ship for which modernization was told USSR credited me) - Novocherkassk was launched in far 1987 and entire war so far we have seen was 100% negotiated war between Russia and West. LAVROV IN PARTICULAR WAS FEISTY WITH ME WHEN I WANTED TO GET MY HANDS ON HIS FILE IN RESPECT TO LOSSES....CLAIMED ME IT WILL BE NOTHING.
