Police officer James Palermo who was involved in it made a single mistake and ended behind bars for what appears will be 13 years

This was based on my views under MK Ultra exceptional cop who deliberately targeted
MENTIONED BAR AREA FOR STOP ASSIGNMENTS DUE TO ALCOHOL INTOXICATION WHICH BEAMED OUT OF ONE - JAMES WAS PROBABLY EVEN PROMOTED FOR ARRESTING FEW DRUNK HOTHEADS WHO SET BEHIND WHEELS AND ATTEMPTED TO USE PUBLIC ROADS TO ENDANGER PUBLIC LIVES OF ORDINARY CITIZENS WHILE UNDER DUI. WHOEVER APPROACHES AREA WHERE POLICE SETS "STOP"(a control point basically where drivers are obligated to stop and identify themselves) EITHER ON FOOT OR BIKE IS TO FOLLOW ORDERS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT WHO PROPERLY WOULD EVEN PLACE WARNING TAPE FOR PEDESTRIANS TO NOT CROSS INTO WORK AREA OF OFFICERS. James Palermo stated me did used excessive force on beautiful young lady the evening one suffered even broken teeth due to what James stated was rather accidental fall - improper take-down. For all his work from past vanished in the split of the second and have found himself as a result behind bars.

About female whose name is Alexis Alpha and her parents...

She was certain under MK Ultra with her ULTRA VIOLENT father I wanted James to slam her against the floor what was insane/schizophrenic NON FOUNDED lie - pushed against me due to James' involvement in MK Ultra case for which father and daughter believed will remain immune from criminal charges she filed at the police department. The fathers' ultra violence went as far as using death threats against me and finally what was a demand to marry her daughter or otherwise. She and her family are NO ANGELS for I had as a drugged up individual at the time of meetings with these people who also became part of MK Ultra and to whom Alexis Alpha even appealed during MK Ultra, no plan/clue about hurting them in any way. Alexis Alpha's father was short fused individual who would occasionally explode in anger outbursts in my face blaming me for accident his daughter endured. I also had a problem with police female as seen on video who became involved in  police torture at seen police station with police management blaming me for problems department suffered which rather was a welcome treat due to degree of crime they were involved in via local community through whom crime was enforced against me during MK Ultra.

James on opportunity in 2012 also stated me there was a possibility something was sipped in his coffee(not food but coffee that he had that evening what he will confirm) while on duty. James with whom I spent time also at his home prior to his departure to jail, didn't give me any symptoms about need for aggressiveness. His family was stressed out and in that area too I was guilty for it all.

Its a fact of the matter that Americans who often times are seen on internet responding to police officers with attitude when required to show ID, are deliberately taking chances of getting arrested and are with defiant attitude making things worse for workers who risk their lives on daily bases for those to finally violate laws/state statute in respect to kidnappings/ human trafficking/ torture etch as was my case. Internet content in which ordinary citizens can be seen DELIBERATELY giving hard time to officers was and is used by politicians to enforce via police as is seen took place with me and are taking down so much praised US constitution as well as bill of rights. Would advise both sides to engage in respectful with one another conduct and citizens to protect their rights with the use of audio/video recordings which can latter be used if rights are violated at the local police station or through other law assistance. BE POLITE, ALWAYS FOLLOW ORDERS OF POLICE OFFICERS IF THOSE ENGAGE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION SUCH AS IS "STOP"(under no circumstances enter one as officers could assume you even try to interfere with one armed) and be polite. Present required ID to ease on job stress to those that work for your safer community and for you to even keep right to arms as case is unlike anywhere else in USA.

I ALREADY paid heavily IN TERMS OF TORTURE for both - James and Alexis. And now you two both are mine.
POLICE OFFICERS USUALLY ARE AVOIDING PROXIMITY OF BARS WHERE ALCOHOL IS SERVED, BUT JAMES DELIBERATELY TOOK CHALLENGE OF STOPPING POTENTIAL DRUNKS USING PUBLIC ROADS UPON HIMSELF....THATS WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POLICE OFFICERS AND THOSE WHO DO NOTHING OTHER THAN COLLECT MONTHLY CHEQUES. POLICE BOSSES DISLIKE JAMES ALIKE OFFICERS BECAUSE THEY PREFER GOOD NIGHT SLEEP, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB.

Woman sues San Marcos police officer accused of assaulting her

Ciara O'Rourke | Austin American-Statesman

A woman who says she suffered broken teeth and a concussion at the hands of a San Marcos police officer has sued him, the city’s police department and its former chief.

Alexis Alpha is seeking an unspecified amount of money in part to recover medical expenses and lost wages as a result of her injuries.

Alpha was leaving a San Marcos bar on May 29, 2013, when she walked between a police car and another vehicle pulled over by the officer, according to the civil lawsuit, which was filed in Hays County district court in June and moved to federal court on Thursday.

Both vehicles were parked in the bar’s parking lot, according to the lawsuit, and as Alpha passed the officer, James Palermo, he called out to her.

He then started talking to her about walking near the traffic stop, according to an arrest affidavit.

Alpha insisted she had done nothing wrong and after the conversation became argumentative, she suggested Palermo conduct traffic stops elsewhere, saying he was apparently in a bad mood and taking it out on her, the affidavit says. She then called him a name.

Palermo in turn grabbed Alpha, pushed her against the back of the car he had stopped and slammed her onto the concrete driveway, the affidavit says.

After she was taken to the hospital, where medical staff said she would need follow-up care for her injuries, Palermo took her to the jail and charged her with obstruction, resisting arrest and public intoxication.

The charges were dismissed, and Palermo, who was then a corporal and 13-year veteran of the San Marcos Police Department, was fired in September 2013.

He was also charged with aggravated assault of a public servant, a first-degree felony. Court records show that the case is still pending, with a hearing scheduled for Monday.

City officials declined to comment on the lawsuit before speaking to an attorney who has been hired to represent the city and Howard Williams, who was police chief at the time.

The attorney did not immediately return requests for comment Friday.

Palermo’s criminal attorney also did not return a call.

No lawyer is listed for him on civil court documents.
