Year of Tavčar's military service in JNA probably also was 1984/1985 or so. Tavčar was a vehement YUGO GRAND SERBIAN STATE supporter and have left to serve in Yugo army with some other individual from Slovenia also involved in MK Ultra(possibly a police officer from Novo mesto). Tavčar served JNA on two different locations. FIRST IN Bosnia and then Serbia...Feels strange because everyone of these MK Ultra subjects involved bagged psychiatrist Kapš to please look over them. Kapš served in JNA about 3 or 4 years earlier.
