Upon completion of high school(programs maintenance mechanic and mechanical engineering technician) ,I had to face with promises previously made to me by teachers and schoolmates which "independent" Slovenian system have directed now into forced unemployment. Temporary jobs for labor followed with half pay(sometimes even with 1/4 of what others have earned - example was Jozef/Bojan Crtalic's company where I was paid for 80 hours of work per week in metal industry less than 100 US Dollars per month).

Far the biggest representation(presence and numerically wise) of all foreign governments in Miami was the one of South Africa - failed Apartheid diplomats. And so in 2012 after I filed already God knows how many police assistance requests against my parents(have written even on public blog that I was victim of heavy domestic abuse till age 16) of which some even indicated photos of domestic abuse done on me, I was accused of domestic violence by psychiatrist Cveto Gradišar(close friend of frequent Belgrade visitor and my neighbor Miroslav Berger) and hospitalized based on one. BOJAN AVBAR IN NOVOMEŠKA POLICIJA PA STA NAREDILA KORAK NAPREJ LETA 2012 SAJ NAJ BI SLOVENSKO VLADO KONTAKTIRAL PREDHODNO OMENJENI AMERIŠKI SOUTHEN POVERY LAW CENTER KATERI JE ISTOČASNO IZRAZIL DODATNE LAŽI PROTI MENI - VZEL JE NAMREČ KAR BESEDE IZ MOJEGA TEKSTA KATEREGA SEM OBJAVIL NA INTERNETU IN SI JIH PREUREDIL V SVOJE BESEDILO KI JE BILO PARALELNO Z LAŽMI AVBARJA-ZALARJA UPORABLJENO PROTI MENI ZA OMALOVAŽEVANJE IN ZAPRTJE V UMOBOLNICO - NEKAJ KAR JE SOUTHERN POVERY LAW CENTER CELO SPREMENIL/ODMAKNIL(OBJAVIL NA SVOJI SPLETNI STRANI IN SPREMENIL TEKST KO SEM JIH KONTAKTIRAL LETA 2014) IZ SVOJE SPLETNE STRANI GLEDE LAŽI(in to ko sem že odslužil dobrih dvanajst mesecev v Ljubljana Polju) !!! IMAM VSE POSNETO IN DOKAZE ZA TUKAJ NAVEDENO !!!
UNIČENIH MI JE BILO NIČ MANJ KOT ŠEST LET ZARADI PSIHIJATRIJE SAM PA SE ŽE MISLIL PREDATI ČRNIM MISLIM ZARADI LE TE KO SO ME ODPUSTILI IZ PSIHIATRIJE LETA 2013 – STAR OKOLI 40 LET IN PROGLAŠEN BREZ KAKRŠNEKOLI PRAVNE ALI DOKAZOV PODLAGE(brez dokazov in celo brez pravice do drugega mnenja psihiatra ki je ustavna pravica vseh zemljanov) ZA NASILNEGA PARANOIDNEGA ŠIZOFRENIKA....
SLOVENSKA PSIHIJATRIJA KAKRŠNE KOLI PRAVNE PODLAGE ALI RAZLOGOV ZA PRISILNO HOSPITALIZACIJO NI IMELA LETA 2012 NE NIGDAR PREJ SAJ SEM BIL SAM KI SE JE PRITOŽIL SLOVENSKI POLICIJI IN ZAHTEVAL KAZENSKI POSTOPEK PROTI STARŠEM ZARADI IZJEMNO KAZNIVEGA IZŽIVLJANJA NAD MANO – TOLE http://www.rtvslo.si/blog/avsec_bo-tjan/dvajseti-del-2008-between-life-and-truth-it-s-a-free-world-bz-avsec-bostjan/23836 JE BILO NAPISANO ŽE LETA 2009 IN NE LETA 2012(se natančno vidi kdo je kako s kom ravnal in kako koga klical – bil sem celo fizično napaden od matere v starosti 36 let za kar imam dokaz česar pa ji kljub njenemu nasilju tako psihičnemu kakor fizičnemu nikdar in nikoli nisem vrnil nazaj).
BOJAN ZALAR PA JE KAKOR SOSEDJE IN LASTNI STARŠI OSTAL ZVEST SVOJIM ČETNIŠKIM IDEALOM IN GOSPODARJEM – ODLOČEN DA NEKAKO BO LE DOKAZAL SVETU DA V MENI JE NASILJE....TAKO DA JE NADALJEVAL Z REALNOSTJO IZ PROGRAMA MKULTRA KATERA JE BILA IZPELJANA LETA 2005-2006 MED MOJIMI PREKOMORSKIMI UGRABITVAMI...
Po vrnitvi iz Belorusije, se je najprej začelo z kemičnimi opeklinami stopal http://ausertimes.blogspot.co.uk/2018/01/update-on-my-feet.html kar je vodilo posledično v nemobilnost(sem bil prisljen ostati v hiši kar 8 mesecev zaradi kemičnih dodatkov katere je mati uporabljala za pranje nogavic - of mehčalcev katere ni sparala in vse do odstranjevalca rje s katerim je škropila nogavice ko sem si jih pral sam in pa seveda tla bane-tuša kjer sem stal med umivanjem brez copat...prišlo je še celo do tega da je nastavila kot pralni prašek ostranjevalec madežev - vse skupa je razžrlo stopala in povzročilo hude opekline)...tako da so začeli z gradnjo krvnega pritiska v mojem telesu(nemobilnost pospeši zamašitev ožilja) že veliko pred samimi napadi(directed energy weapons).
MESECA OKTOBRA-NOVEMBRA 2017, SO SE ZAČELI NAD MANO IZVAJATI SILOVITI(IZJEMNO INTENZIVNO) NAPADI Z UPORABO MIKROVALOVNEGA KAKOR ULTRASONDNEGA – RENTGENSKEGA IN CELO AKUSTIČNEGA OROŽJA(DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS)...DVAKRAT SE JE ZGODILO DA SEM SE KOMAJ VZDIGNIL IZ POSTELJE SAJ SEM POTREBOVAL PO DVEH URAH LEŽANJA NADALJNIH 10-12 UR DA SEM SPLOH LAHKO PRIŠEL K SEBI – VSE JE BILO KAKOR PREDHODNO OBLJUBLJENO DA BO BILO....
Med programom MKULTRA mi je bilo razloženo da bi sledil navodilom mučiteljev kaj in kako bo...lokalni zdravnik me je leta 2005 celo zgroženo(češ da nima nobene možnosti pomagati pač pa mora ravnato po navodilih nadrejenih) opozoril na zelo resno možnost smrti ki bi lahko nastala posledično v prihodnjosti zaradi uporabe takšnih sredstev obstaja – opravljene so bile natančne meritve glede uporabe omenjenih sredstev za sevanje zaradi procedure ki naj bi se ponovila v prihodnjosti še posebej če bi pisaril proti Kremlju(Vladimirju Putinu)....
Objasnjen mi je bil celo sistem(shema obsevanja) po kateri naj bi vse skupaj delovalo(od začetka potrebna visoka doza sevanja nakar se sistematsko manjša s tem da se ohranja isti učinek na telo kakor v začetni fazi)...vzporedno z uporabo omenjenih sredstev, pa se je psihiatrija odločila še za nekaj dodatnih korakov in namreč nadaljevanje uničevanja moje osebne lastnine(vključno z računalnikom katerega so spremenili v peklensko napravo kamor se ni dalo niti prenesti niti video posnetkov ali slik iz trdih diskov ali androidov), uničevanje kupljenih predmetov preko spleta(skoraj vse kar je prišlo po pošti je prišlo ali uničeno ali pa je bilo uničeno v roku nekaj dni z vdori v mojo sobo - gre za vrednost več kot 1000 Evrov – vključno z nakupom novega računalnika katerega so mi podtaknili - računalnik prodan preko programa obnovljeno-renew je bil že star več kot eno leto in ne kakor predvideva zakon največ 8 dni – računalnik je prišel celo z preluknjanim pečatom od matične plošče za celoten scenario pa mi je bilo pod MKULTRO obljubljeno da bo bil celo predhodnja last Aleksandra Vučiča – Srbskega predsednika), modificiranja predmetov kateri so postali smrtno nevarni(primer mikrovalovne pečice v kuhinji ki oddaja celo 196 mikrotesl sevanja – prenosni računalnik je izmeril preko 10 in tako naprej)...
Se pravi fantazija gospoda Bojana Zalarja ki naj bi potrdila njegove predhodne teze o moji agresivnosti in duševnih boleznih je dobila fizično podlago(zelo obupen vendar izjemno nasilen kriminalni poskus kateri je bil namenjem spreobrnitvi moje osebnosti v Zalarjevo zaželjeno tezo preko nasilja – nadaljevanje psihiatričnega nasilja nad mano)...sosedje se niso utavili niti pri mojem osebnem avtomobilu http://ausertimes.blogspot.co.uk/2018/02/the-one-who-broke-my-car-was-my.html katerega mi je ilegalno zasegla Madžarska vlada leta 2017 ko sem bil prisiljen bežati pred Ljubljansko psihijatrijo ali gospodom Zalarjem če že želite, saj so ga pripeljali nazaj iz Madžarske v razbitem stanju zato da se je lahko prodal za manj denarja in tako naprej...vse skupaj obupano noro in ime postopka je bilo Bojan Zalar.
Glede pravnih postopkov za ketere je poskrbel kakor predhodno obljubljeno javni tožilec Bojan Avbar(zelo dober prijatelj mojega očeta ki se je nenehno lagal in na podlagi čigar je Cveto Gradišar predlagal hospitalizacijo češ da sem nasilen in tako naprej – preveč laži je nikjer pa nobene resnice ali kakršnih koli dokazov za njihove trditve) samo da pravice do sodišča nikdar in nikoli nisem imel. Niti ko sem zaprosil za pravno pomoč kakor ne med samimi postopki pred in med katerimi mi je bilo rečeno da moram držati usta zaprta ter se strinjati. V Novem mestu je za totalno obravnavo le teh poskrbela Romana Rački Strmole proti kateri prav tako vlagam zahtevko po kazenskem postopku.
VSE JE POTEKALO POD NADZOROM NOVOMEŠKE POLICIJE KI JE SODELOVALA V VSEH POSTOPKIH KI SO POTEKALI PROTI MENI – OD PODPORE LAŽI DO ZANIKANJA SVOJIH STORITEV KO SEM LE ZA TE ZAPROSIL.
OMENJENA POLICISTA STA CELO SKUPAJ Z OMENJENIMI PSIHIATRI(je bila zadolžena Tatjana Prokšelj) TRENIRALA SOSEDA DANETA KOLENCA PRI URESNIČEVANJU PREDHODNO ZASTAVLJENEGA CILJA KI NAJ BI ME V ALTERNATIVI (če nebi bil viden kot paranoidni nasilnež) SISTEMATSKO VODIL CELO PREKO MOŽGANSKEGA NAPADA ZARADI UPORABE TUKAJ OMENJENIH SREDSTEV V BOLNICO KJER ČEŠ DA BI ŠLO ZA ODSTRANJEVANJE TUMORJA – V RESNICI PA ODSTRANJEVANJE DELA MOŽGANOV KJER SO SHRANJENE TUKAJ OMENJENE INFORMACIJE(mi je bilo lepo objasnjeno od določenih ljudi ki so prisostvovali postopku MKULTRA leta 2005/2006).
