Clearly, Peterle and Bavčar were and are YUGO UDBA backbone. What made difference opposed to Kučan's prior visits to Osnova Šola Grm was a fact one reitarated death threat in my face infront of teachers with and in presence of those who suposedly sided with me - again, Bavčar and Peterle both involved since age 6 or 7. Peterle and Bavčar had SOME teachers act awkward gesturing how two were different, but they were not. Milan Kučan was my acquaintance since age 5. He was the worst enemy since my early childhood.

GOVERNMENT DEALINGS FOR WHICH CASE WAS USED HAVE FURTHER INVOLVED EXPANSION OF INTERCONTINENTAL INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENETS AND LUCRATIVE MARKETS FOR MORE AND MORE INDUSTRIALISED THIRD WORLD. CHINA, INDIA, SOUTH AMERICA, AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD WERE ALL INVOLVED.
NOTE: Early childhood private care was ran at Ragovska ulica in Novo mesto by Serbian family from Croatia which head(husband) was employed his entire life at Yugoslav army as an officer – system substituted private childcare with the public kindergarten next door also at Ragovska ulica now known as Ciciban – entire group of selected children at the kindergarten Ragovska was ran through selected educators by local police department in Novo mesto city whom they had to report and from where police was paying occasional visits – same repeated with class A at grammar school known as Grm which I entered at age 6 and thereon – the two older teachers warned me about MK Ultra danger giving me FIRST A THREE AND THEN ANOTHER 3 MONTHS timeline to even request school transfer at Osnovna Šola Katja Rupena if only possible. Since age 6 upon entry to grammar school, I interacted during MK Ultra frequently with children from other parts of Slovenia as well as with local police officers and UDBA members who accompanied during visitations to Novo mesto children from Ljubljana, Maribor and Celje. Beginning age 6, cities such as Belgrade and Zagreb became a frequent stops. Those latter expanded to Skopje, Sarajevo, Dubrovnik, Priština, and at times beyond.
At age 7, retardation injections were given to me as to the only child in entire school.
While MK Ultra was possibly used(its what teachers indicated me with some kids who claimed were victims of such practice – I doubt it because not only parents, but kids alone at request had power to stop abuse and whole issue appeared to me rather as a attempt to ethnically equally distribute blame for genocide against me – some of these kids who demanded from me to see equal in them if for none other than low grades, ended up exercising direct torture on me even as adults) to destroy kids for whom system deemed was best to transfer them to a schools for special needs or simply slow their grades enough to settle for lover education, but in my case – nobody had any control including my parents who tried their best to stop one. The main class teacher from age 9 and up was regular assassin and prior female teachers were subject to males which ran show from rear.
Special growth physical development and possibly more injections which were enforced at the Novo mesto city center by probably Serbian physicians located next to Ribja Restavracija injecting me with substance which would leave my eyes shed tears on each occasion for about two to three days leaving me ¼ blind for another two weeks without ability to observe teachers writings next to ongoing by teachers supervised violence left serious marks on me...more serious even than sliced skin on my ass and legs which children observed and for which mother instructed for me to wear at the school recreation instead long pants for kids for them to not see what went on at home...injections which at first I received at the demand of school principle's substitute Stančič and some other UDBA fanatics went on for several years...
As a result of school and MK Ultra violence, I experienced at age 11 a real depression issues which I somehow managed to overcome.
Life became meaningless to me, but I was left with what mother stated me first as 4 then only three more years before completion of grammar school. I counted each year and as each yer went bye, it was impossible happiness that overwhelmed me. I Moscow where brought, situation was even worse as Russian adults replaced school bullies. They kicked, hit without my ability to defend myself. For me, three years was eternity and it felt would never manage to overcome degree of violence...not even school violence, but violence. It was a great thing I didn't understand what depression was and have somehow moved on unlike some other kids for whom it was enough to observe and consequently fail just for observing here stated. It was time when brought to Moscow when Lavrov(always was in-charged for international students and children circle) dared me as per whether I would still return...I alone wondered, but I did and so it went year after year with my physically growing despite everything and outgrowing many adults despite injections which they demanded to be given due to fear which my own parents begun to stress to educators as per it is going to be to control me once I grow up since I resisted so much as child. Grammar school psychologists where teachers frequently wold send me for mental evolution procedures beginning age 7, couldn't find anything wrong with me – quite contrary and some begun protest to teachers' violence in their own way by asking who is the teacher who repeatedly demanding for psychological evaluations. As teacher became exposed, one demanded immediate backup requests from other teachers.
Despite ULTRA VIOLENCE, teachers at Osnovna Šola Grm never managed to slow me down enough for me to downgrade to reduced education – after primary goal of placing me into school for children with special needs have fallen apart...
Genocide procedure which Slovenia commenced in 1975 within Yugoslav federation and which led through international circles into deadlier than deadly 48 years long ordeal, have consequently deprived me of the rights to exercise equality in areas of education, employment(career), right to family, and EVEN stay in newly independent since 1991 Slovenian state for which I struggled since age 4. It was a theft of life.
Unfortunately for me and at my greatest disappointment due to my unconditional support for Slovenian independence leaders, heads of independence such as Igor Bavčar(Novo mesto police officer involved since my age 6 or 7), Lojze Peterle and Janez Janša(also involved since my age 6 and/or 7 and who participated in MK Ultra procedure with children from Ljubljana) had no intentions to stop genocide against me upon Slovenian independence despite my sacrificing for Slovenia and eastern Europe sake throughout ongoing torture in Moscow since my age 5 – securing Slovenia infront of Russians and Western diplomats in Moscow through thorough mental torture evaluation procedure even a Western delivery of weapons such as SAR80 and Armbrust and what as a result had deeply skeptic(hesitant – REPEATEDLY slow to react/lethargic in the face of Serbian aggression in daily lives of Slovenian people not to mention impossible to deal with for people situation on Kosovo) Slovenian territorial defense finally take stand against so called Yugoslavia in favor of Slovenian independence – gave green light to Peterle Janša, and others to press further. My main Slovenian opponent since childhood who rated me FOR THE SECOND TIME(Kučan's first time ratuing me as mentally ill was at my age 6) as mentally ill at age 8 DURING VISIT TO OSNOVNA ŠOLA GRM/GRAMAR SCHOOL INFRONT OF BAVČAR AND PETERLE WHO ALSO ATTENDED VISIT WITH KUČAN AND OTHERS ON OCCASION, Milan Kučan(man who protested throughout entire process to Slovenian independence – man who issued demand to destroy me to teachers infront of me when age 8) had in a heated discussion just before declaration of Slovenian independence to which I participated in Slovenia with his opposition, after repeatedly playing down importance of one – the duty and right as for independence which I demanded from Lojze Peterle and Igor Bavčar to instead realize for over two years prior to independence was instead given in a sign of humiliation to Milan Kučan by all pro Slovenian independence politicians. As for Peterle and Bavčar from whom I demanded declarartoon of Slovenian independence performed and as agreed with all involved case will be, the two deliberately gave one up citing me latter even that it was a mistake to give one to Milan Kučan....during this last pre Slovenian independence declaration, Milan Kučan was specially feisty/gutsy and was desperately searching for any sign of mental illness which one could further exploit against me obviously in a complete agreement with Slovenian pro independence politicians.
Milan Kučan's “NO” to Slovenia independence with everyone involved after it was already decided that independence would took place ALSO CARRIED DESPERATE IDEA TO GET ME ON HIS SIDE AT WHATEVER COSTS FOR HYSTORICALLY REFUSING to have anything to do with one – the very next day upon Slovenian declaration in Ljubljana, war broke out on Slovenia anyways but first shots in Slovenia rang out on Yugoslav army which was about to head in the city from Poganci military installation right here in Novo mesto city. People understood situation better than leaders did.
NOTE: Milan Kučan had controlled opposition on a day of independence and this Slovenian opposition which became a new majority in Slovenia with 93% support, didn't prove to be legitimate Slovenian movement on a long run in absolutely any way – not only in my eyes, but in eyes of those who observed my case and have based on my witnessing cast their votes to one. While this fact was alarming in my eyes about one week prior to Slovenian independence declaration which took a twisted 6 month hold before independence proclamation after plebiscite on December 23 of 1990(why the hell would anyone wait 6 months to proclaim its independence upon independence plebiscite from aggressor if not to deliberately break one by giving aggressor the possibility for attack – its exactly what was done and what further expanded into greater than what otherwise case would be, aggression on Croatia and Bosnia).
For work performed through worse than a hostage situation in Moscow(work behind which politicians were hiding their OWN political appetites – not national interests, but foremost own appetites which often times didn't have anything common with nations alone), I became an enemy in eyes of both parties.
In 1990(one year prior to Slovenian independence) when several Soviet republics broke from USSR, I paid ultimate price with repeatedly being injected with cancer in a left arm area on behalf of Russians and Serbs also in Slovenia – procedure which Russians commenced in Moscow upon my grammar school graduation at age 14, 15 as a form of punishment for “BAD BEHAVIOR” at dismay of my schoolmates continued till graduation for program Strojni tehnik(mechanical engineering technician) and even throughout Slovenian military service in newly founded Slovenian state on what one exploded with guarantee with no chance for recovery issued to me in 1993 by my boxing trainer who observed whole ordeal. Cancer injury in a left arm since was intensified with my carrying heavy loaded backpacks for MK Ultra staff members which often times were imbalanced with goal to cause me permanent spine injury as described bellow. First repeated cancerous stabbing(age 14 in 1985) into my left arm took place at the hospital in Moscow. The point about cancer stabbing was Soviet defiance in my face due to claims I made during MK Ultra upon grammar school graduation how no one will ever stop me in my life again. Soviets wanted to prove me wrong and its how they made their point to me first at age 14. Some teachers at grammar School Osnovna Šola Grm and what became high school SŠTZU became alarmed – horrified with great reason, but city of Novo mesto took close note with heads of the city claiming me will separate from Yugoslavia even if they have to separate themselves from Slovenia alone. They started to press on Slovenian government alone which obtained in 1986/1987 ultimate proof for repeated Russo Serbian claims(those commenced at my age 7) in my face by Serbian leaders how entire Slovenian nation should be exterminated because of single individual like myself when Slobodan Milošević declined me from my end offered a matrimonial offer to a young Serbian actress with whom politicians would spent time...it wasn't his first such mistake one made along other Serbs and Russians, but it was a drop over the edge for those who closely watched genocide.
In Slovenia, criminal cancer procedure was ran mostly through neighbor attorney Miroslav Berger(Belgrade and Moscow supporter whose boss in Slovenia was and is Milan Kučan) as well as neighbor physician Igor Kotar who happily was taking cancer orders from his crew. Stabbing with needles as Igor Kotar alone demonstrated me became a routine AND NO LONGER WAS A SUBJECT OF “PUNISHEMENT” - Russians interpreted my response on torture with which I refused to comply with by refusing to die as “the right to punishment” due to insults which they claimed I inflicted them. Game which NEXT TO MENTAL ILLNESS WITH WHICH THEY TARGETED only had one possible outcome – my being timely wasted/destroyed through most sadistic systematic torture with full assistance of West.

Stabbing with needles which also were used for left foot in addition to what was jumping atop of foot became fortified with regular poisoning of the liver and kidneys with idea to cause systematic harm to entire body. As to jumping atop of the left foot which started at my age 6 at Osnovna Šola Grm(grammar school) by my schoolmates, it was a form of punishment which one day would grow into cancer was told back then by two years older school kids who would meet with us during short school breaks – form of punishment which went on since and have had turned into a frequent deliberate harm during every MK Ultra session in hope to make me disabled as fast as possible. Some kids have had a serious problem with here stated by the sixth grade already.
Not lymphoma cancer and not left foot injury, however, stopped me from pursuing boxing – pursuing world of sports and its what probably determined my survival on long term despite increased torture – deliberate body harm(systematic destruction). Thousand special push-ups per day with marathon was a reality despite MK Ultra issues increasingly involving left arm stabbing. Nobody could understand(so is they claimed, but probably to keep their murderous MK Ultra game rolling) close to zero cancer effects on my body.

COMPETITION FOR DISCOUNTED OIL, GAS, AND MINERAL GOODIES WHICH RUSSIANS AND BRITISH SPARKED COMMENCED. Crime frenzy against me was launched and those with proofs which were submitted to either Russian side or British royals were entitled through Russian royals for steep discounts and/or business projects which British financed in return for extra Russian discounts. United States of America it became clear to me was nothing other than a a country/nation used by British royals to clean their shoes against one. Use one as a extension for filthiest crimes implemented against me which other countries would initially refuse to obey...for whatever other nations refused, it was always United States of America that rushed main Russian allies to rescue giving British ability to rather observe from the distance and even act as a party motivated in helping out – interpenetrated genocide against me which British royals initiated against me as a form of help – offering to “save me” - depicting themselves as the only chance to be saved with more and more difficulty to save me which gradually grew into impossible to save me....but British whom foreign diplomats due to degree of violence acknowledged as mentally ill had a long long crime record concerning my well being and one traced to my age of 5 https://ausertimes.blogspot.com/2023/07/the-first-mk-ultra-code-for-british.html when they first instructed Soviets on how to get me killed through being ostracized by own society – demonstrated Soviets on how to label be as a traitor at early age. Once ultra violence was initiated against me in Moscow and back home through Moscow, operation “saving me” commenced with which British royals and Soviets begun to brain fuck me with – a play with child's hope while ripping his soul apart to pieces. Deliveries to Britain which were used due to ultra violence specially back home in Slovenia(not only in Moscow where delivered like a cattle) repeatedly to get out of me desire/wish to save myself from total mayhem always ended with more and more intensive torture in Britain alone and with I cite,”not yet” while in Moscow and in Slovenia British royals plain out demanded for me to be destroyed.
As for poisoning of the body, all sorts of issues were used. From poisonous gasses such as bleach alike vapors with which they painted walls to apparently stop mold to all sorts of foods which were observed in my environment I seldom would consume in real life. For one package of skittles, I would get 100 during MK Ultra....for 5 fish cans a month, I was fed for years under MK Ultra often times with nothing other but fish cans...at times, old frying oil cocktails were given to drink with likely even more in there...poisoning was supported with body weight issues which required enormous consumption of fried food with which I was loaded during MK Ultra. On spot cancer tests were implemented beginning 1995 for all food products located on store shelves in Slovenia and some products became based on tests done on me even certifiable on the spot – this is the level of clientele involved in this crime. I became further used under stated circumstances as human experiment animal. Farmers as well as non European Union member states such as Serbia had taken the opportunity to place their product past inspection difficulties straight on European market if capable to prove quality of those – politicians involved in another words had their food departments/inspection expeditely work with them. Crime against me more than exploded and I was drowning in one.
The most poisonous, however, remained and became my MK Ultra food menu. Once cancer became advanced enough for one to explode at smallest exposure to one, a natural cure for cancer such as garlic was OVERLY used to extent which caused body severe injuries – it was like this with all other food products for which it was established could help me in the future. Same was done with cherries for which police and psychiatrists who enforced such crimes, worked hard to create diarrhea, gas, and bloating – something that didn't work for them at all I recall as my stomach was strong and loved cherries, but it did overtime and I felt as if my intestines begun to rot24/7. For those too as was told, wouldn't be capable to use when needed. Chicken liver for which I was told was a cure was only half baked.... All MK Ultra sessions started with someone smashing my left upper foot area with his shoe and making me walk on a steep bank for wound to wide open – during winter and in a summer I was forced to wear cheap shoes which, however, would often time be missing interior insoles if cold/freezing. Bathing at home on icy cold surface.... Walking at times on ice(Baikal lake in Russia and many other locations) without any shoes and swimming in icy cold water were regular winter treats during MK Ultra sessions. For wearing tied socks and smaller than real size size shoes was indifferent tactic implemented during MK Ultra as the one related to unhealthy food habits. It was enough to have those in possession and crime frequently was investigated by investigators from UN and/or European Union ahead of crime which was to take place in real time – all during MK Ultra sessions with report written and somewhat proofs gathered in case of need or for the future reference. The only guarantee I ever got was a death.
NOTE: Everything stated here was done through MK Ultra procedures or what is known as subconscious mind manipulation through use of drugs which allow manipulators to exercise on subjects ultimate physical as well as mental control – depriving individual THROUGH FREEZING of foremost mental ability to defend him/herself from TORTURE otherwise totally INDIFFERENT FROM REGULAR TORTURE PROCEDURES(adding to regular torture procedures also ability for torturers to FURTHER deprive victim WHOSE MIND IS FREEZING IF NOT MOTIVATED of time wise sensory abilities as well as reality in respect to death threats and torture). Term “MIND FREEZING” equals to degree of drug's strength used to make subject(unless challenged or whenever not challenged) instantly fall into subconscious mind – mind going blank/unresponsive. Use of pre frontal cortex was often heavily hindered by disallowing me at times to properly respond to seemingly complex issues involving discriminatory racial issues supported with immediate Electro Convulsive “Therapy”(regular electroshocks) which would leave me next to intrigues with extreme physical pain. As to short and long term memory, one was deleted DAILY on a regular bases with extra long ECT sessions at the end of each MK Ultra trip. Final ECT involved my being connected to ECT machine for hours to wake up each time to a new day without having second thought on how to go about the day – psychiatric terror with psychiatric threats involving immediate psychiatric hospitalization for publicly mentioning anything in respect to torture became a frequent MK Ultra accomplice since 1989 when I completed a three year program for machine maintenance transportation mechanic(vzdrževalec vozil in strojev).
MK Ultra in my case was the highest degree of physical torture possible which still allowed manipulators to steer away from immediate death and/or total destruction a continuation of abuse/terror/worsening of health through continuous poisoning and other procedures which otherwise I would immediately complain about – clearly was used as a backbone(parallel) to psychiatric plan which aimed at labeling me as mentally ill individual through ultra violence that lasted no less than 48 years – that included a total destruction of private property through most sadistic spectacles possible added to torture.
For cooperation in crime against me, members of society were awarded with anywhere from job opportunities or super lucrative business opportunities to discounted real estate and everything in between.
Upon Slovenian independence, I was positioned to defend my life indifferent from role as to the one which previous Yugoslav state implemented with assistance of the Soviet Union – the only difference from Slovenian point of view upon its independence was a newly formed and OPEN Western support for existing genocide. Old circle of enemies such Drnovšek, Milan Kučan, Borut Pahor, etc. REPEATEDLY sworn me death avenge for Slovenian independence from Yugoslavia in my face without fears of any kind...death threats lined up one after another in ever growing circle of neighbors, police officers, hospital workers, you name it – including psychologists and psychiatrists who begun to close in with police demanding after departure to Austria in 1993 where stalked by UDBA to stop my 1994 immigration efforts to United States of America or be pronounced as insane – and for refusing to comply, neighbors have with police begun to death threaten if not returning immediately to Slovenia upon my Cruise-line contract completion. I immigrated to United States of America in 1995, but Slovenian UDBA wouldn't let me be and have just as the case was with Austria used its Russian influence to reach me in Miami where I consequently spent life often times jobless – tortured throughout USA and delivered for more torture by CIA/FBI back to Slovenia where Slovenian government begun to upgrade its case with hope to destroy me into case of mentally ill individual. Broker of crime against me between West and east since my age 4 or 5 was none other than Buckingham palace – British royals.
IT WAS NOT ALL THAT BAD FOR RUSSIANS, SERBS, AND SLOVENES WHO INITIALLY COMPLAINED – TO A FREE COMMERCE WHICH OFFERED LUCRATIVE WESTERN MARKETS AS WELL AS GROUND BREAKING TECHNOLOGY OPPOSED TO OLD SOVIET GARBAGE, ENTIRE WORLD JOINED. ENTIRE WORLD BEGUN TO COMPLAIN AGAINST ME AND WEST RECEIVED CHEAPEST EVER OIL/GAS AND MINERAL RESERVES IN RETURN.....I WALKED PAST NUMEROUS SHADOWS OF THE DEATH WITH NOTHING BUT HOPE TO STAY SOMEHOW ALIVE ON FREQUENT BASES. WAS USED FOR ESPIONAGE OF ANYWHERE FROM DRUG DEALERS TO DICTATORS AND/OR THOSE WHOM PARTY INVOLVED DEMANDED AS ELIMINATED – CIA AND MI5 HAD WIRELESS ESPIONAGE GADGET IMPLANTED IN MY UPPER NASAL AREA – SHARED TECHNOLOGY AT THE BEGINNING ONLY WITH RUSSIANS/USSR.
Next to physical part of genocide procedure, Slovenia have with Russia and Serbia powered its crime against me beginning 1995 departure to United States of America with its new Western partners through use of psychiatry and police violence. All this was upon forced psychiatric hospitalisation based on lies involving domestic violence charges in 2013 at my parents' house supported by regional Novo mesto as well as highest Slovenian justice mechanisms such as is Slovenian Supreme Court. Psychitric and police violence(chaos – myhem and unbearable pressure/stress – ongoing trauma) was earlier in life enforced on daily bases SINCE kindergarden and all the way through high school by groups of children – at home, through parental use of violence. Slovenia exercised assassination attempts during which my brand new car tires just as to almost all items I owned, were replaced with old used worn out tires – I had no right to purchase new items from abroad for lesser costs due to forced unemployment and denial of the right to use state funding for unemployed. Slovenian state employment agency engaged in direct torture at their Novo mesto locations with what they expected would led into direct confrontation between myself and its employees for which they anticipated police intervention would disburse one for all crimes commmited under MK Ultra procedure. Torture at Slovenian government institutions didn't stop at local state employment centers, but have expended through local police station to all levels of government from home for elderly in Novo mesto where tortured most severely(other homes for elderly were involved as well beginning 1993), institutions for mentaly handicapped where Slovenian government also anticipated would somehow stash me, postal services, local Novo mesto court, Slovenian parliament, Slovenian presidential residence with its presidents, police situated in Ljubljana and in Maribor, Dob as well as prisons(incl. Ig) in Ljubljana where imprisoned, and all the way to Slovenian human rights ombudsman. ALL SLOVENIAN GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS.

Upon submission of request for assistance for stolen paid in for car parts in 2007 to local Novo mesto police department, police which deliberately have delayed investigation procedure and for which investigators even claimed me I have nothing to fear for due to seller which was reliable(demanded from me to give them more and more time), I filed complain against police investigators through police which local senate decided as victory at my favour by proclaiming police officers as neglecting their duties. Police instead have followed up against me by dispatching at home a psychiatrists involved in crime who death threatened me during MK Ultra sessions and what as a result made me run from Slovenia where forcefuly unemployed for bare life(using life savings) once again.
I had no right to use police assistance. Not only as I stated above, police directly was involved in torture procedures as well as human experimentaion supervised by physicians and hospitals, but when reporting theft crime to local police in Novo mesto a police as stated above have deliberately delayed investigation procedure to turn one into crime against me. Novo mesto police crime which accompanied me all along and was used since age 9/10 for MK Ultra trips abroad, didn't stop there – report for rather used laptop which was sold to me as new by seller from Ljubljana with waranty ended with police stealing parts from one(protected seller by again delaying investigation procedure till psychitrists and police were used again according to MK Ultra scenario to push me with death threats out of Slovenia and claimed me upon my return from Poland in 2020 that nothing was wrong with one) and replacing those with unoriginal I learned from seller once I sold one. Slovenian police was used to enforce total destruction of my property before my eyes and have through no right to employment as well as to no right to social support implemented before my eyes under close guidance of psychitrists via MK Ultra procedure even future purchasing procedure during which I would and did received almost all items if not used worned out already as broken.
Slovenia became and what one used me for since my age 9 in 1980, a part of Amero European Soviet colation long before the fall of the Soviet Union. Upon foremost Slovenian independence(I also supported independence of other eastern european nations) in 1991 for which I struggled for through negotiations in Moscow and where for stated reason politicians from several natons from Yugoslavia, have next to Serbs and Russians declared total war on me already in 1989(politicians from Bosnia, Croatia, and Macedonia severely death theratened me for idea about Slovenian independence) till war gained grounds against them in their own homelands. Again upon Slovenian state's independence in 1991 and to accomodate brotherly nations from ex Yugoslav republics to whom I have resented myself to due to my further declining to have anything to do with them(Russians conditioned stay in Yugoslavia with what they even presented as human DNA issues which we suposedly share, but didn't care about torture in which they actively engaged against je together with Serbs since kindergarden age), independent Slovenia broadened previous persecution from ex Yugoslavia unto a total new even more insaner level by subjecing me to heavy torture infront of memorial dedicated to Slovenian WW2 resistance and from withing through local villages all the way into cities as well as major Slovenian metropolitan areas such as are Ljubljana and Maribor. Through war on Balkans and on Chechnya for which Russians and Serbs used me with total assisstance of Slovenia and support of the West, super Russo American European espionage colations was born which took under its umbrella also China and India – Russia somehow despite its previous USSR status allways was closer to NATO allies than China and/or India. A new global coalition demanded all governments on board including newly independent Ukrainian state from which Russia DEMANDED Soviet nuclear weapons begining 1991 and to what I also objected drugged up in Moscow till 1994 till Ukrainian politicians alone ran me over toghether with Americans guaranteeing me future safety for Ukraine regardless of its expensive to maintain remaining Soviet nuclear arsenal. Encouraged and promoted by Americans and British alone, international violence on me served as ultimate tool for remotely radio controlled eavesdropping(temporary upper nose area implants were used) while also engaging Russian side through one into lucrative oil/gas/ minerals weaponry trade – new partnership. I became a global epicenter of politic with no future related to work and family whatsoever. They made sure about it in more than a dozen of countries where I filled for political protection.
