There was a bottle of water(also involved in MK Ultra) that appeared for the first time, but one was full and sealed. He was at the hospital just few days ago with what nurse stated was elevated temperature - more likely reason I stated above. Once he returned from hospital to
home for elderly and as usual whenever hydrated, he was talkative opposed to yesterday. Nurse Janko claimed during MK Ultra all will be measured and logged and proven, but it doesn't look like. Why "prove" if there is nothing to fear on the first place.
