I often times see her UNPROVOKED AND SPECIALLY WHENEVER I OFFER HER ASSISTANCE demonstrating in my face what she referred to as saliva running out of my mouths, her taking pills while observing me etc...she has bullied during MK Ultra with psychiatric violence since 1995 and with mentioned since my forced hospitalization in 2013. Expressed ultimate derision for human pain.
