The system's superiority view on "patients" stars in their young age already, and it doesn't surprise me in any way the direction of life itself afterwards...nothing against here seen officer who obviously have strong social psychology skills developed and knows how to approach situations...most of them are best trained in the world law enforcement professionals...unfortunately, however, few bad ones stand too much too often(more and more often) out of blue crowd blatantly violating own rules/regulations leaving dark spot on entire police force...,
