Even when walking outside, sound no longer goes away - is on much reduced level, but no longer will go away.
Interesting fact is that whenever I went for a walk and I would return inside the house, sound would just increase itself.
Meaning that low frequency radiation is used inside the house to keep pressure 24/7 high with occasional increments(when they blew pressure brutally to the point I could even face seizure) that would leave me even dizzy as the case was several times http://ausertimes.blogspot.si/2018/05/here-is-photo-of-video-which-was.html.
