This was not the case in Slovenia where director of Novo mesto police(50% of time team members from psychiatric hospital) often times would parade next to me during so called MK Ultra with idea to terrorize locals and people throughout Slovenia for the sake of Milan Kučan and Borut Pahor...happy "elections" @Slovenian chickens.
Off course same as seen above can be repeated today and/or yesterday, but no one can prove me wrong as proofs physical are on my end and not opposite side.
