Girl finished university in 2012 perhaps even in 2013. Its possible the two boys were even sons from fathers' sister or brother. Fathers' sister is a neighbor with her family and moved as the last one out of the fathers' house...there were more that Nina's grandparents had than son and daughter. Its possible that Nina' parents also completed house(red brick) of their own next to parents house which mostly is the case - house was completed in 2000 or a bit earlier.
