CHINA WAS A STRONG MORAL SUPPORTER OF SERBIA DURING SERBIAN WAR CRIME CAMPAIGN ON BALKANS AND HAVE GREATLY CONTRIBUTED TO NUMEROUS DEATHS IN THE PART OF THE WORLD WHERE ONE HAD NO BUSINESS TO BE - THIS WAS A WAR BETWEEN SLAVIC NATIONS NOT SLAVIC AND OTHER NATIONS. WAR WHICH SERBS RAN AGAINST 4 OTHER NATIONS AT THE SAME TIME FOR YOUR CHINA EXPRESSING FIRM SUPPORT FOR ONE. CHINA IS ON BALKANS A MOJOR SERBIAN WAR PROMOTER - THE ONE THAT SUPPLIES SERBS WITH CHINESE WEAPONRY FOR THE SAKE OF THE NEW WAR AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM HAVING DIPLOMATIC TIES WITH CROATIA/BOSNIA/KOSOVO AND SLOVENIA.
Xi Jinping had a time to reschedule his visit and explain Serbian chetnik Vućič peace policy of China ahead of his visit which shouldn't support Serbia in a NEW war conflict on Balkans which we continue to witnesses Serbia is developing, but didn't and have deliberately chosen to engage in schizophrenic Serbian war provocations which left several nations destitute as a result of one. China didn't bother to stop Serbian massacre on Balkans in 1990s, but have instead supported one all the way and still does.

Clinton finally lifted himself up and have provided military bombing intervention when Serbs accelerated genocide on Kosovo in 1999 against Albanians - 6 years into Clnton's presidency during which he destroyed Balkans and created out of Bosnia a new Republic of Serbska which never ever existed in the history of Balkans and was and is a product of nothing other than ethnic cleansing looking forward to a new war between Bosnians and Serbs today in 2024.

Bombing of Chinese embassy in Belgrade in 1999 rather is a disgrace for China - not NATO. There is no such thing as "we failed" in respect to certain Putin's main stream media reporters and what also can be seen today in Ukraine.
